  • Employee, Renata, was extremely pleasant during my two visits. During the first visit, I rented textbooks and she had no problem comparing the price to buy vs. rent and even checking to see what CSN's cost was. During the second visit, sold 2 English books from last semester. As it turned out, my son needed, for this semester, the very same two English books that I had just sold to Renttext! I telephoned Anthony and explained the situation and he allowed me to buy back the books that I had sold to him without giving me the slightest trouble. I am very pleased with my positive experiences at Renttext at Charleston and Torrey Pines. I could not ask for better customer service. I hope that they will continue to prioritize satisfying the customer because they are doing a great job!
