rev:text	Going to Greyhound.com for a trip to Toronto-NY was cheaper than the .ca site and offered a 10% discount coupon. Plus the .com site indicates two baggages allowance for checkin and .ca site indicates one. Trip duration ranged from 10 to 13 hrs depending on the time of the departure. I m 5'4" petite female. The seats should have been roomier. I was with my boyfriend so it was ok and I could spread out. The seats are not bad just could be roomier. I hate this first-come first-serve thing. You have to line up at least an hr before to get a seat you want and especially if you want it together. Why can't they give you seat numbers and allow you to pick seats like in airplanes and that way you don't have to waste 2.5 hrs at least on a return trip just waiting in a lineup. But then I guess couples won't have the same option of going early and having at least a chance at getting a seat together. The driver was funny. Customs did not take long at all and was smooth. There were a couple of stops on the way - short ones. I never used the toilet. My bf did - didn't ask him. Must take food with you. Wifi did not work on the CDA side but did on the US side as it's a US bus. Coming back mostly did not work. Now the buses are the same from what I understand .com or .ca so don't know why there is a price diff and how would they monitor two different baggage allowances. Call center/phone service was horrible - full of bimbos who could not put two thoughts together especially if it involved any common sense or any real comprehension requirement. Overall the bus trip was timely and decent. I would go this way again. It was about $150 but for $250 I could have bought a flight if I had bought it a week earlier and not left it till the last minute. Train was ridiculously expensive - close to $400
