  • PLEASE BEWARE! This company has a 3rd party claims company that does not cover squat! Rami the coordinator of the move in Vegas was very kind and professional but has absolutely no authority to assist in the claim. I moved in August 2016 from Vegas to the central coast. I submitted my claims with photos, repair invoice to CSI claims company. I did not hear back from them until DECEMBER!!! Many items were damaged .(Dryer, Headboad, bench,ect..) I understand things happen, but this company will NOT back you when it does. My 2 year old dryer was damaged and crushed on one end that it did not function. Had to hire a repair man to order a new igniter, $221.00 for his services. When I finally received a response for ALL of my broken items, they only offered $75.00 total....Seriously???. I contacted Rami, telling him I had to respond to CSI, or I would forfeit my $75.00. He said to wait and he told me he would try to help. Crickets...... another month has gone by. PLEASE BEWARE! Don't fall for the empty words that they will take care of you, because they load you, drop you, damage your stuff all with a smile and then don't help with any of the repairs. 5 MONTHS I've waited for compensation.....and ZERO is the grand total!
