  • Yeah no thanks... disorganized, short staffed, super slow. When we went to find a table every table needed to be cleaned because it had the last customers tray still waiting to be bussed. We waited quite a while for two burgers and a kids burger. The kids meal came to the table and then a few minutes later my classic smash burger came out. You would think something that had the company's name would be cooked to perfection but the cheese was so burnt it wasn't edible. We canceled our order because the last hamburger still wasn't even delivered to our table yet!Although the girl that gave us our refund was sweet about it you don't see ANY Management visibility this goes for the two locations we've visited. Smashburger, hire some help for your staff and hire a Manager to correct all the issues your customers are experiencing... Great product but poor execution!
