  • The lady with the bad hair dye job at the front was sooo incredibly rude to me the second she started talking to me. She was so condescending and just shoved a paper in front of me with a number to another office and told me I needed to call them and she couldn't help me. I've been going back and forth between so many people and cannot get the information I'm needing and I'm so sick of everyone in these government jobs just passing the buck so they don't have to deal with it.
