Sears has become a nightmare to deal with on appliances but Lowes is even worse! Unlike Sears you can't have the same person install a washing machine and gas dryer. Two different people and they cannot be scheduled on the same day. Then after being given Sunday as my delivery day, it gets even worse, they cannot even be considerate enough to give you a time window the day before, they actually call you the morning of your delivery! Talk about not giving a flying f--k what your customers need to do with their day or schedule. To make it even worse we haven't moved into this home, so we need to drive an hour on a weekend or 2 hours on weekdays (if rush hour) to get there (they haven't given me a day for the dryer yet, purchased almost two weeks ago). I didn't know it was possible for a store/company to have nasty human characteristics like self-involvement, narcissism, and total disregard for others. NEVER AGAIN LOWES! Can't even email the corporation through their website. The sales person was very nice and, frankly, I don't know how they keep an employee that is as competent as he is in their crap company. The number you have to call to check on your dryer installation the woman was BEYOND RUDE. Lowes doesn't deserve any appliance customers at all.
