  • I came in here to get 4 phones fixed and got the warranty. For one of the phones. I went in at 6pm. They close at 7pm and the girl was still working on another phone. She ended up staying till 8 pm to fix all the phones and worked through some frame issues on a badly damaged phone. One of the screens touch went dead when I got home. It happens. They replaced it the next day no problem. Update from original. This place is by far the worst repair shoo. I have been to. I did not agree with their assessment and argued with them. For 15 min on how they are magically psychic and know exactly how the phone was damaged. I then told them to replace the speaker microphone they said they fixed the first time and they stated it was working fine. They then stated my warranty is voided on all phones even though they don't plan on reimbursing me. I would head for the hills and do not go here to get your phone fixed.
