I needed a very specific electonic part for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Airpark had one. I had it held. I took the car and it took 3 days for them to "find" the part in their parts department. MOST OFFENSIVE. The service writer, Patrick, told me I needed a "tuen-up." Everyone should know that NO car built since about 1992 needs a tune-up. The ignition is all electronic. There are no points or disptributor and no carburetors.
When I questioned him he admitted that the $200 charge would be to replace 6 spark plugs, BUT it was clearly noted in my service record in the glove compartment that I had installed new plugs 10,000 miles ago.
Very dishonest people. Be forwarned.
