  • I typically fly out of concourse A so was pleasantly surprised by the short line and quick, efficient process getting through security at concourse B. I wouldn't say the agents were overly friendly - which frankly I don't expect - but they were efficient and clear with their directions. The woman in front of me hadn't flown in many years so was unclear as to all she had to do. They walked her through it and gave her some tips for next time. For those of us that do this often, it was as good as it gets. Things kept moving and we got through the process quickly.
