  • Yesterday I went into pick up my SUV I had reserved for my family vacation. The branch manager had several SUV sitting there ready to go but lied straight to my face telling me he had none. Then made me walk around the lot in 115 degrees temperature outside to pick out a compact car He offered. I ended up with no vehicle . It appears he didn't want to give up the SUV for the price I booked it for because I was using a coupon. We never went on our planned summer vacation. He made my kids cry and made me very upset. Steer clear of The 91st Avenue and Bell location Enterprise rental car. The branch manager AZ terrible customer service skills.
