*SIGH* I never write reviews, but I'm hoping to save people from having to go through what I did:
Yesterday I went to get an oil change and upon telling the techs that I wanted base-line oil, they outright lied and told me I had an oil leak (...it was just in the shop....I don't have an oil leak) to try and upgrade me.
THEN.....the tech working on my car BROKE my dipstick, and the other half of the dipstick is stuck in my car still. I went this morning to speak with the manager ("Jay" is his name?)....he told me he could not get it out, but that it shouldn't cost me much to fix the problem.
No apology, no nothing....still had to pay for the oil change.....
I'm taking my car to AAA today to get an estimate (which I will bring back to Take 5), and hopefully there won't be any quarrels with them fixing what they broke. I have been going to this place for a few years (without any problems) and I'm super disappointed.....
