  • I went to this cafe today at 5:50 and ordered a salad. When i opened my bag i saw I didnt get dressing, a fork, or the free cookie they give. I called because I spent $5 on a salad im now not going to eat because no dressing. The manager anwsered and said "okay, do you want a free cookie." I said i guess, obviously not pleased and he just hung up. I work in food and have worked at Panera Bread, i thought this was ridiculous.
