Let me start with I hate complaining about something unless it's really worth the hassle. The main issue here is how poor customer service one of the supervisors had with me when trying to swipe my discount card (she kept saying it wasn't active) and asking me if I was still working for Walmart because my card is declined. I assured her that I was, and she even asked me which Walmart because she thought I was bluffing... The cashier told her that the card reader was messing up previously that day so most likely it was the card reader. So I asked her if she could suspend the transaction and ring me up at another register and she was ignoring me (I kid you not) so then I said that I was leaving and bammmm... magically my discount card worked. Why when I mentioned the words "I'm leaving" the register magically worked??? So rude and unprofessional. Then instead of apologizing she said "you need to ask for a new card" I felt so insulted.
