  • I absolutely love it here!!! Not only is the staff great but they were very professional, and helpful and answered all my questions honestly an openly. The new office an units are very unique and clean an honestly the prices are great for the space an prime location to the strip. The two lovely ladies in the front office are actually one of the reasons I chose to go with the townhome villas because I felt comfortable knowing what I was getting and knowing that if I chose to stay here I would have them. They made sure I got the right unit and did the walk throughs with me an helped me get in at the perfect time that my old lease was up. Also since I've been here any maintence request I had I kid you not my maintence showed up within the hour not even. I think the new management is doing a great job exspecaily from reading the other reviews I can attest that not only is it very clean an quite but I never not once felt like I couldn't go into the office or talk to them about anything. Someone in the comments talked about the gate an construction an cats an roaches let me clearify nooo there is no roaches in my apt not even one and they do have actual people who will come spray if you request or feel you may need it I've seen them spray outside the buildings and 2 the gate was fixed twice since I been here and it is not the management who is leaving it broken it is people who are not treating the gate right leaving rocks an stuff in the way etc yet management still everytime goes an gets it repaired. 3 yes construction does go on but they are actually making the street better so it doesn't have all the pot holes we all know Maryland parkway has and 4 I love love my new place and I am writing this longgggg review to tell you if I was you I wouldn't let the other reviews scare you off because if I would have I would be missing out on what I have now and I truly love my new place.
