  • Immediately I was greeted with a comfortable, laid back inviting atmosphere, complete with ping pong! Both Zach and Bird have extensive knowledge of the many different selections of vapes and juice they sell and we're able to answer all of my questions. Being a novice and new to the vape world, I appreciated the time they spent making me comfortable with my new set up. Actually because of that I felt comfortable enough to have gone back a few times for help when I couldn't figure out all of the settings/modes, thinking I broke it lol, and they were extremely helpful. I've checked out a few other shops since then and have yet to find any others with compairable customer service, fair prices and wide selection as I have at E-cig City Tempe. THANKS GUYS!
