  • Took my 15 yr old Hoover to Mulqueens to have a belt and brushreplaced. Brad did a quick check and said that it would cost more to repair than it was worth. I'd be better off buying a new one. So I upgraded to a Simplicity model with a four year warranty. I think Brad knows what he is talking about and I like the service he offers. I'd go back (but hopefully not for a long time.)
