  • Just awful. Through a "systems glitch" they reported me 30 days late on my mortgage payment. My account on their own website shows all payments made on time, as do my bank records. My credit score plummtetd fro 830 to 655. When I finally contacted a customer service rep after hours of trying I was told this "glitch" affected all their mortgage customers. Time for a class action lawsuit.
