  • Extremely rude. I called them to set an appointment on Wednesday. He would only give me a 7:30 am - 9:00 window on Thursday saying he just couldn't pin it down any further because of his schedule. So I stay home from work and am ready at 7:30. The first I hear from him is at 9:42 when he calls and says he just screwed up because of the weather (it's lightly drizzling), and now he's just too far away to come. Told him never mind, I'll find someone else.
