rev:text	Update. ROW responded to my review by posting all of our emails. The emails confirmed exactly what I wrote in first review. They have since erased there post and are now trying to get Yelp to remove mine. I'm doing an owner builder in which they called building department on me saying I was building a pool with no license. Prints I sent them had my wife name on it and her name is only one on house. Since we are married and have been married contractors board closed case and said I was totally in right to build. This was a response to the post they wrote and then removed with emails. "Maybe you should reread emails as it stated in first one what I was looking for. Ya we had a clash because I asked him a number of times I don't have time to meet I just need a quote as stated in first email and says quote for plaster,Quartz,pebble. It was also stated per our phone conversation. Now reread where I say we can start fresh I want to give you a chance. It also says he will send me something over no problem. So at this point as I'm reading seems everything is fine. Now 5-7 days later look at dates on emails I did another follow up email I send just asking about the quote I was supposed to get a week earlier. I was told internet down would send back over soon as he could. Did you see anything bad there from me no. 5-7 days later I do another follow email asking for the quote as I've been waiting and wanted to give you guys fair chance as stated. So please tell me where I went wrong waitin two weeks and doing nice follow emails to give you a chance at my pool. As stated in first couple emails we said we would start off fresh and he was good with it. I know he works for you and you need to defend your company but reread emails. I gave you guys every opportunity and waited 2 weeks when had bids from other companies already just to be told no now. So ya if would of just said no from start your point would be valid about the clash. Him stating he is working on it and me doing the follow up makes your whole point invalid. So ya you posting emails just confirmed exactly what I wrote in my review. I Gave you fair chance and was told working on estimate over and over when he never was. So what part did he try to do his job as you stated because in 2 weeks I never got a quote. I had multiple quotes returned in 24-48 hours from other companies with same info I gave him. Maybe you should call client that is trying to give you business and find out whole story. As per your email you never followed up with me it was me so how was I rude or condescending as you would say. I actually am a consumer trying to give you business. Even though me and your salesman didn't agree I still agreed to still give you my business. So please explain to everyone if I kept emailing for 2 weeks I am bad guy trying to give you business. As for being short do I need to write a book asking where your bid is that was supposed to be emailed next few days and a week later still waiting. I think me doing a follow up showed you I started back fresh and was interested in giving you business if number we're right. Did you guys once after initial contact and follow email following call email me say you preferred to not do business with me? Did you ever follow up saying computers down after week that was working on it. No I initiated emails. I take real offense when someone says something bad to defend there business about someone when emails show different. I actually emailed what you wrote to the 3 owner builders I know and asked if was wrong. I never would want someone to loose business because miss understanding. Feed back was I think they are to busy that's why didn't bid job was 1. Other stated this was issue because I didn't let salesman to house to pressure me as stated how felt. 3rd said was amazed a manager didn't call me after reading emails saying I want your business how can we move forward and get your business. Regardless what's done is done very sad how this played out and you just listen to your salesman and didn't read facts of email stating I was trying to get your business.
