  • These guys have got to get it together. Called in my order around 11:10 was told to be there by 11:35. I showed up at about 11:30. The staff had zero idea what was going on. I saw this poor staff member visit this lady and 4 kids at least a handful of times. Apparently, they gave my sandwiches or something.. I was confused myself watching this all go down. Finally, at 12:00 I got my sandwiches mind you it was myself, one other take out order and the lady with the 4 kids in the restaurant. I got a Bella on dutch bread, it was pretty good. But, like other reviewers said the filling to bread ratio was off. Sandwiches were large but mostly bread so I'm not understanding why these sandwich costs so much. I am always turned off by restaurants that have overcomplicated menus and found the descriptions a little vague for first timers. I do like the unusual selection. Maybe I'll try another location until these guys can get it together... or skip it all together and hit up Capriottis.
