| - These guys are deceitful scammers who take advantage of people in poor credit situations. After having my credit destroyed by an ex, I moved to AZ to start over and rebuild. I met with a salesperson who I'd clued in on my credit situation. After checking with several finance companies and being declined, he asked me if I'd ever considered filing for bankruptcy. Having no car at all at the time, I desperately needed one so I could commute to my great new job. I told him I'd never considered it. He said they had a program for individuals who file... and that he, himself had filed and just bought a new house. He said it was the ONLY program I would be qualified for, the only way I could buy a car, and assured me it would be approved. He printed my credit report and gave it to me, handed me the business card of someone who could file my bankruptcy paperwork for a fee, and said I could drive out 'today' if I agreed to file. Being in the circumstances I was, I agreed. Before I arrived I had done a little research on the vehicles they had on the lot and test drove them. I chose a vehicle, completed the financing paperwork and drove out that day. For several weeks the salesman hounded me about whether I'd filed the bankruptcy paperwork (which took some time to gather and file). Once I did, he asked me to come in so we could finalize the paperwork and I'd be good to go. I finally went to sign the paperwork, walked in, and was told by ANOTHER sales person that my financing didn't go through and I'd have to surrender the vehicle on the spot. Of course I was LIVID. They had LIED to me about why they wanted me to come in. They LIED to me about a guaranteed approval if I filed for bankruptcy. So here I was, now with a bankruptcy on my credit report based on what they promised me, in a new state, and NO VEHICLE. The "new" sales guy even told me I was stupid for filing for bankruptcy based on what a car salesman told me. I explained how I was caught between a rock and a hard place, needing a car but not being able to be financed otherwise! I called an attorney right there on the spot. They then acted like they wanted to cater to me, and said they just "happened" to have a representative from that finance company on the lot, and they asked her to do me a "favor" and finance a different vehicle for me. So, under pressure and with no time to research anything, I had to choose a different car right then if I wanted one. I chose what I thought to be the best car I could find for the price. Turns out if I had been able to do some research I would NEVER have bought this car... it has had SO many problems... and they are all well-documented. It is once again in the shop as I write this. I was able to have the bankruptcy dismissed, but ... guess what... it stays on your credit file!! So, for about the next decade I will have a bankruptcy on my credit report. Even though I have made an effort to rebuild my credit and am paying everything promptly, this bankruptcy on my credit file is going nowhere and NO finance company or bank will touch me. I have definitely learned a lesson in trust, will NEVER do business with this company again, and have urged everyone I know to avoid them, as well. OH, I neglected to mention. I purchased a warranty on the first vehicle. I wanted the same warranty with the second one. They said they included it, and I didn't inspect the paperwork for it before I left... once again, I believed them and they lied. They did not sell me the warranty. I called to bring the car in when it first started having problems and was told I didn't have one. DECEITFUL SCAMMERS. After I get my car back out of the shop I'm calling that attorney back.
