  • Disappointed, I go to this bakery once a year and have been doing so for the past few years. I called today as I normally do to place the order for the decorated birthday bone (which is what I have ordered the past few years) and the woman who answered the phone said "we don't decorate those bones because they are too small" I explained well I have been going there the past few years and I have photos of the bones I can assure you do decide the bones. She said "well we don't do it anymore". Okay, I am not sure if she was confused or what but she was rude and not sympathetic. She did not offer me any other suggestions to maintain my business and she seemed to care less about losing a customer. There are Many competitors and some closer to my house even so I will go through someone else. Zero customer service skills here. Way to go ... Wow DO NOT GO HERE!!! I received a response from someone at the establishment and they flat out lied. You definitely did not give me any options. Hence why I wrote the review, if I would have known you could have done something else clearly this review wouldn't have been posted. Way to lie on Yelp.. PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. THIS PLACE HAS SOLD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
