We werent super but was in the area and saw this cute little ramen place. We got there maybe about 1 hr before closing. we ordered a takoyaki and tried a Shoyu Kotteri Tsukemen which is a dipping ramen. I typically love my food pipping hot but i was skeptical about dipping noodles into a broth - just didnt feel it would be hot enough. I was proven wrong with every pipe! The broth was rich and flavourful, the noodles were warm, perfectly cooked. what more can you ask for in a bowl of delicious ramen?
