  • I have heard a lot of things about T Mobile. And don't get me wrong. The company itself appears to be a good company. But I went to T Mobile on 75th Avenue and lower Buckeye. To have my phone activated. I was charged $65.00 to activate my phone. After I was told they can activate my phone and I paid the $65. They then told me they could not activate my phone. And they could not refund me my $ $65.00. I told them that I need to have my money returned if they could not activate my phone. They claim they could not refund my money but they will give me a phone. The phone they gave me was the old outdated phone they claimed I would be able to access the Internet. I found when I got home that was not true. So buyer beware . If you go to T Mobile on 75th Avenue and lower Buckeye be careful of the con job they May pull. to give them 1 star is being generous
