  • DONE WITH THIS PLACE AFTER TODAY! Went there today to buy an outdoor playhouse and a few groceries. Well we get to the cashier and the manager shows up asking weird questions. For example: Do you want the item today? Um, YES! Why would I go to the store today and leave without it?! So she sends us to receiving and guess what? We stand outside for 30 mins and they tell us that there's 2 outdoor playhouses in stock BUT they can't sell it to us. Apparently 2 customers put it on hold without paying!! So that leaves us empty handed! The employee then informs us that we can come back another day to pick it up. WTF?! Why take customer's money when you don't even have the item?! I then go back inside to get a refund and even customer service is blown away by the managers actions! Oh and let's not forget they're little food court area...Went and bought a 3 MEAT PIZZA...When I get home I open the box and it's a 2 MEAT PIZZA! Wasn't even the good 2 meat! They left the bacon out!! Just to put this out there I have the most expensive membership. When we go to Sams we spend $$$. Keep in mind we also have a credit card with Sams. With that being said, once Costco opens on St Rose I am canceling my credit card and membership with Sams! No wonder this Sams location is so empty compared to Costco and other Sams locations in the Valley.
