Okay so I really do not recommend this place to anyone!
I have a very dear friend of mine that came here to buy a vehicle CASH back on 2/18/2016. They gave him a receipt and and a 40 day permit until he got his registration and title.
After the 40 days were up my friend went back to see what was going on because he had not received the title or registration. To come and find out that the previous owner had taken out a loan on that title and the dealership had not gotten it cleared! THEY SOLD HIM A CAR WITH A TITLE THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE!!! They gave him another 40 day permit "until they got that fix" after the 40 days he went back and STILL they had not gotten this resolved. that was 80 days later, meaning almost 3 months later!!!! By now they were definitely making things up, things were not adding up. That day they gave him a 30 day permit!
To summarize the problem: He had be driving at least 71 days without proper registration!!!!
On August 17th he came to me for help and guidance. I called this Uncle Milty's and at first I spoke to the Owner who was stuttering (maybe because they were getting caught in bad acts?) and told me that his son is the one who I needed to speak to about that. I left my number and had him return my call.
When Ivan (the son) called me back he was the most rude person. He was yelling at me through the phone saying "who the hell am I to be calling about this" I calmly asked him not yell at me, that I am the customers daughter who wishes to know what is the hold up. and let me tell you that is when he changed his attitude completely. I told him why after 90 days he hasn't gotten his title and why he was giving him false permits. He argued and said they were real but when i had a friend whom works at the DMV verify the status on the title it did not match up on what he was telling me...
after this i called on these three different dates to see their status of the title 8/22/2016, 8/25/2016, 8/30/2016 and still no title!!!!!
it was not until today 09/08/2016 (204 days, 8 months later) that he received the correct registration and title of the vehicle.
I wanted to report them to the department of motor vehicles, but my friend is such a good man that he did not have the heart to do so.
I do not wish this to happen to anyone buying a vehicle! Be aware of what you are buying and make sure you do some researching before buying a vehicle!
