  • Below average management. Unfortunately when rating these types of chains, you're rating the service and management. I have never gotten a smile from either of the managers. I have never been 100% happy from my visit either. Which is a shame because I live right up the road. But I drive the extra mile to Starbucks to get better service. The shining star from this location is one of the team members. She is an African American lady, long braids. She is a delight to see, and is the reason I have given this place many chances.
