  • These guys are pretty good, much better than any others I have dealt with in Las Vegas. Mr, Higham and his team were congenial, knowledgeable, understood what was needed for my case, and took care of business. No long, drawn out confusions or waits on Medicare or Doctors, paperwork seems to be done correctly. All in all, a very good experience compared to those I have had with other providers in the last three of four years. I am a happy camper. The only thing I find that could be improved is not a problem with Pro Comfort Medical, but with the center it is in - handicap parking is inconvenient, and scarce, but regular parking is plentiful, and I had no problem getting myself and my big walker around. If one is anywhere near proficient with their handicap, there should be little or no problems getting around.
