| - I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at the Town Square Store in Las Vegas, NV. I recently re-contracted with that store for the IPhone 7. The person assisting with the purchase was not knowledgeable regarding my questions about the new loan contract, and now there is a problem that originated in that store with the loan and the charges to my credit card. Christian, a manager from that store, called me on 9-16-16 after the purchase stating that there was a "transaction error" and that I needed to call back and ask for a manager and it would put me straight to a manager. I was unable to answer when he called. I tried to call back that same night, asked the automated system for a manager, and the phone rang for at least 3 minutes with absolutely no answer. Christian called again on 9-17-16, and I again missed the call and immediately tried to call back. Once again, the telephone rang for several minutes and no one ever picked up the phone. Today, 9-25-16, I tried to call the store on 4 different occasions and asked the automated service for (1) customer service, and (2) a manager. Each time I called, the automated system said it was going to transfer me, and all that ever happened was that the phone rang for several minutes (over 10 minutes on one occasion) with absolutely no answer. This is ridiculous. I have an extra charge on my credit card that I know should not be there. The representative that helped when I signed the new contract (the same representative that was not helpful at all) gave me incorrect information about what would be charged to my card.
This entire process has been extremely frustrating. To top everything off, not a single person will answer my calls to the Town Square Store, where all of this originated.
