  • We came here with our 1-year old on a Saturday. Yikes! All the other toddler aged play places close early so we gave this a shot because I knew they had a toddler area. Big mistake! There are 2 huge signs that say 'Ages 3 and Under only'. The entire time we were there, there were like 8-12 year old kids RUNNING through the toddler area, running up the slides, sprinting through, jumping off things. All the toddler parents pretty much had to hold our kids the entire time. It's really the only area they can play in so we were seriously annoyed. Some of their parents were even standing there watching them. I told them they had to be under 3 but they completely ignored me and kept jumping around almost knocking over my son. There were no employees anywhere to be seen so I spoke with the girl operating the bungee cord and she told me that they had that problem a lot and she went to kick them all out but by that point we were ready to leave. The whole place is insanity, the kids run at a full sprint constantly around the place. It seems dangerous for any kid under 6 or so. If there was a bit more supervision it wouldn't be so bad I suppose.
