  • I can't believe I never wrote a review for the way I was treated the last time I got an oil change here. So I was coming in for an oil change, and since my car didn't have any indicator that it was due for an oil change, but I just needed to get it done and go to work. I pulled up and I was greeted by an employee I think his name is Jesse or Freddy? He was a Hispanic young man in his early 20s? So said employee starts to laugh because apparently my car was very overdue for an oil change. I'm apologetic and little embarrassed of being ridiculed but he says "don't worry girls always forget to get their oil changed." Excuse me?? Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I don't know when to get my oil changed? So I just brush it off as horrible customer service and go inside and wait. As they're working on my car, I hear them in the garage talking specifically about me and then when they come inside to try to up sell any stupid promotions going on, I turn them down. I swear once I said no they just stopped trying to service a customer completely. Sorry for sticking to a service that I needed. Afterwards I heard them talking more crap about me while I'm sitting in the office humiliated. His manager comes inside and I explain to him how his employee was acting and he laughs it off and says "yeah I'll talk to him." I say well you should have him apologize because that's no way to treat a paying customer. He brings Jesse or whatever his name in inside and he says "sorry" and tries to walk out. I explain to him about to cry that I was so dissatisfied with the way I was treated and this must be how they treat all their customers. Like I said, very unapologetic and uncaring. Will never return to any location and never recommend it to anyone I know especially this location. I wish I could give it a zero rating!!!!
