  • Locked myself out running to get to an appointment. Shut the door and OH NOOOOOOOO sick feeling.. no car keys either hubby working too far away.. at least I had my purse cell and a full bottle of water. Code for car so had a place to sit.. went to yelp as I've not needed a locksmith in over 40 yrs!! Saw comments rated and unrated all good for this person. Called and he could be here 45 min!! He showed up exactly on time! Very personable and professional! Cared about possible damage to our locks..tried back door but deadbolt too sticky old and even though he sprayed it numerous times it wouldn't budge. Went to front door..told me as we had a pick proof lock there's only one way in and it would break the lock for good.. I needed in as it was early in the day yet. Gave him the ok and he got me in!! What a relief!! And I learned about locks too. Super service all around.. thank you Leonard.. we're also taking your advice on a digital lock and the best make you informed me of. Recommended with FIVE STARS
