  • I placed an order through the cupcakery website and specifically choose the EASTERN location for pick up. I put my email for them to contact me for a custom cake. I received an email from Richardo Gudino from cupcakery stating they would be able to make the cake for pick up. I go to the eastern location Saturday, & the worker says " Have you been emailing richardo? He's at the summerlin location.. you're the SECOND customer that that's happened to today!" NEVER in our email conversation or even phone conversation did he state that he was from the summerlin location. It was a HUGE inconvenience. On top of that, I get to the summerlin location to be treated RUDELY by a female worker with glasses (unfortunately I didn't get her name). I will never ever order with this company again. The cake wasn't even that good either.
