rev:text	I have been going here for quite awhile and never had any problems until this week. My sister came in from out of state and we went on Monday to get a massage. Her massage was great, mine sucked. We sent up another appointment for Wednesday with two specific masseuses for first thing in the morning. I said I did not want the same person I had on Monday ever again. Well lo and behold we arrived on time for our appointment and the business was closed. We were told they were on their way to open the doors. It was 30 minutes later when they arrived and we went in to get our massage. Well, my sister had the one for her appointment but when I started with my massage I realized this was not who I reserved my appointment with. They had the same horrible masseuse I had on Monday. I drove from Chandler, waited for them 30 minutes and didn't get the mousse I requested.I specifically loud and clear did not want this masseuse and wanted it noted. I complained to the desk clerk Karen who couldn't have cared a less and told us to call the manager Kevin tomorrow. Well, today we called back and spoke to Kevin who said that he was not a manager and was only employed there for a few days. He stated he would get a hold of the manager or owners and have them call us. Well, five hours later after calling Kevin back and asking why we haven't heard from anyone he stated that management nor the owners would answer his phone calls. Well what kind of nonsense is that? If I do not hear back from them soon I guarantee they will be hearing back from me after I put a freeze on my account and after I get ahold of BBB!
