  • Do not go here for customer service, there isn't any. However there are many great features that make up for the lack of customer service. Child area is great for kids, they have things to do and activities to participate in. Rock climbing wall is outstanding for kids and adults. Never a wait for any workout equipment. Cafe food is great have not eaten anything that I have not liked yet. Pool area is nice, aquatic services are quite disorganized maybe we just caught them on off times each time. Men's locker room is nice except the showers are gross. I was told they are remodeling them so hopefully that cleans them up. They just revamped the salon and spa prices but they are still overpriced and the salon is empty every time I'm there. If it was priced a bit more normal then the convenience would make it worthwhile, but to pay double and triple the rates of other places, I'll drive elsewhere. You would think they would rather be busier charging less. lifetime is very centered around getting you to part with your money and giving you no way around that, just understand that going in and it won't hurt so bad.
