  • So surprised about many of the low reviews! I enjoyed China Poblano so much I ate there two nights in a row! Places that serve small plated dishes are my fave because I love trying so many things! Never would have thought to put Chinese and Mexican food together, but it really worked! Everything tasted very fresh and the tortillas were so light! Tried several of the tacos and the Pastor was my favorite. Great sui mai, pork bao. The Palmitos salad had great flavors as well. Be sure to try the Salt Air margarita! The salt foam goes so well with the sweet and tangy drink. Yes, the decor is a little odd. Seems like the space in the center was wasted with a large display, but I thought the rest of it worked in a modern eclectic way. I had great service both nights too. The food seemed to be priced to compete with other nicer Vegas restaurants. Wish I could go back again soon!
