| - One Star because of ownership/management poor operational standards.
The food is great and the people that work there are really nice. What used to be a 3 person operation during peak times, is now a 1 person operation. Was just there today just shy of 2pm. Walked into a line 5 people long, I made the 6th. The poor girl working had to take an order, wash her hands, then fulfill the order. Then start over. 4 girls in front of me walked out. Then another person that came in afterwards also walked out due to the wait.
I was there for 20-25 minutes waiting to order, then of course waiting for my food. Food was great as always. But on days where I am pinched for time, I can not go to this place for a lunch break.
Simple business and math. With additional employees, you can move people through faster and create a better revenue stream. When people have to wait, and a high percentage end up leaving, you lose more in sales, than you saved in labor. DUH!
Can't find new people fast enough? Roll up your sleeves and start taking orders yourself. Not enough traffic even with the staff? Then market your store, run specials to local business, get creative and make your business work. Your current path will lead to closed doors.
