  • I'm a new owner of a BMW thanks to Chapman.I've bought many cars throughout the years and I've never had such an amazing experience, as I did in the last few days at Chapman BMW Chandler. The company seems to be well run. I was extremely impressed with my sales associate Aaron Passarelli he new every detail about this car and was able to explain to me about the advantages so I felt 100% comfortable with my large purchase. On top of the professionalism at no point did I feel like I was being sold or pressured to make a sale.
