  • This company called me and talked me in to having them come service my 2 air conditioning units for a "super duper" low price, including a little bit of freon to be added to both of the units. I agreed even though the previous service they provided for me was sub-par. Well, the appointment was scheduled for today and the appointment time came and went. I waited and waited long after the scheduled time and finally called them. The girl that answered the phone told me that they have had too many phone calls today, so they are servicing the customers that call in today rather than servicing the customers that have appointments. She had the nerve to tell me that I needed to re-schedule. So, it apparently NEVER crossed their professional-minds, that possibly they should call me, at any given time to let me know that they were not going to commit to their previously scheduled appointment they had arranged with me. CLEARLY they are too busy for THIS customer. There are plenty of ACTUAL professional companies that appreciate their customers. I'll call one of them. Please remove me from your call list. I don't want to EVER do business with your company again. Thank you for wasting my time on this Saturday. I should have took the time to read their reviews prior to committing..
