  • Horrible, horrible, horrible. This owner and facility are crooks. My wife and I had accounts here., but I never had time to go down for a massage. I had about 10-14 massages paid for on my account. We had an option on our account that my wife and I could transfer as many massages to one another as we wanted each month with a $10 fee per transfer. When I went to close my account, I asked to have all my remaining massages transferred to my wife. The front desk said they would transfer the massages. Come to find out they did not. My wife went to use one of the massages, but she didn't have enough massages on her account. When my wife asked about my massages that should have been transferred, the people at the desk said that I only had a half of a massage. These crooks wiped my account clean, and the paid massages were lost.
