  • Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a lot of fun while in Las Vegas. And Wet Republic ranks as one of my top three places to go in Las Vegas. I haven't been to Rehab, Tao, Encore, Marquee or any of the other "cool pools" though. We came here on a Saturday a little after noon and the line for it went on for miles. If you're a girl then it's easy for you to get in without waiting in line. There were employees who went down the line looking for girls to go in. The guys however... had to wait. If you got here right when they opened, you'd still have to wait at least two hours. Poor guys! Some of the guys didn't even get in! *They gave up after waiting for three hours and left. Once you get inside the first line... there's another line you get in to get checked by security. These guys search you extremely well. They look at EVERYTHING. Open up all the zippers in your purse, etc. After passing the security line, there's another line to get in to pay to get in. Finally ... after all that you're in!! The place is packed. There are tons of people everywhere. In the pool, around the pool, at the reserved tables. While we were there, we bought a few buckets of beer. Those were about $30 each. The music they played was great. And, there were people dancing in and out of the water. There were even times, when they DJ had you splashing water inside the pool. If you're going to bring a camera here... make sure it's waterproof. Just in case you drop it in the water... or it gets wet. Supposedly there is a lot of theft that goes on here... but we lucked out in not having anything stolen. There's not really any place to leave your valuables. Some of the girls in our group kept their clutches with them. If you don't want to hold it... then pack light.
