  • Love Ethan Allen furniture. My entire house has been furnished over the years with their furniture. I purchased most of it in Pittsburgh, PA. Customer service in Pittsburgh is the number one priority. I decided it was time for my daughter to have nice furniture , so we went to the downtown Summerlin location. They were happy to help us spend our money. Once the papers were signed , however, customer service went out the door and the sales people could care less because they know there is a no return policy and commission has been received so why should they do any thing. No follow up calls. No updates, nothing. I found out my furniture was in their warehouse for a week before my inquiry led to a date for delivery. The women that work there are rude on the phone and very dismissive. I will never purchase another piece from their store and will not recommend them to anyone. It's a shame Ethan Allen is stuck having those women working in their store. I imagine many sales have been lost because of their snobby, better than you attitudes. The manager there needs a major attitude adjustment.
