My family was pleasantly surprised by the animals and the setup. I read previous reviews how interactive it was but we weren't really sure what we were permitted to touch and the employees we saw were either just talking to each other or walking into a back room by the jellyfish. There was a girl walking around with a huge tortoise and when we asked her what kind it was she said she didn't know it was her first day. The guy walking around with a snake was nice. The woman with the iguana was too busy talking to another employee from the moment we walked in until we circled back again as we were leaving. Prior reviewers had issues with the water being murky but we didn't have that issue. Maybe because we came on a Wednesday afternoon. We also didn't need to buy the food. There were not that many guests feeding the sharks and stingrays so they came up to us i guess hoping we had food. The animals are cool to look at and if you don't need any interaction with the employees then it's perfect.
