  • Received a promotion from the Wynn which we booked for this weekend. We were offered a choice between two different types of rooms- one at the Wynn and one at the Encore. We picked the Wynn. Upon arrival we were given a room at the Encore as an "upgrade" which we didn't request or want. We had booked the Wynn. We were also given two free buffet passes as part of the promotion. The line was a 2 hour and 15 minute wait. You can't leave your name and come back. No, thanks. 50$ in free slot credit, you say? Nope. Only after you get 300 points- very misleading. Once we walked across the property to the Encore and entered our room. We found the previous occupants clothes still in the closet, and the room had not been cleaned. Disgusting and unacceptable. Of course we had valeted our car at the Wynn upon our original arrival and we were told it would be moved so at check out it would be at the Encore. This didn't happen, and we saw the Valet's seriously annoyed face she had to go to the other building to get our car. We looked like the jerks, but it was their mistake. Thanks, Wynn. Besides all of these mishaps, the property is stunning and the Le Reve show was great. The decoration is gorgeous and so well thought out. The promotional offer? Maybe not so well planned. I guess if you get a deal, you're not as important.
