I used to like their customer service and their services. I called to fix an issue and they don't follow up. Make sure to have them take care of your problem on the spot if it doesn't require a visit from their tech. My wifi gets dropped, its slow and I have 150mbs already, but when I call they try to upsell me for a faster connection. I also had the sport package, but since I upgraded to their contour, that went away without me know it, still paying the same price, as well as my landline phone was disconnected. I called to get it fixed, but I never got a call back from their tech. I forgot about it, but when I finally got them to fix it, they found that it was their fault. I've been using them for 5 years now...and within 4-5 years, I have finally told myself that I will be leaving.
