  • The staff was rude and they didn't want me to use my Groupon. I was told over and over that I can't use it because my order was under $10. So I ordered more with a total of $16 and still was told that it wasn't enough and I couldn't use it. So now, 2 other staff members got involved and 1 said that I should get $10 off the $16 order and 1 said that my Groupon covered the entire order. In the end we paid $6 for the 2 orders. Frustrating right? Now for the ice cream. We both ordered the regular size and warning it's a lot so we weren't able to get half way through it. What we didn't like was when it started to melt down the consistency got gummy/gooey. I did the coconut version of the cappuccino and hubby did the regular mint ice cream and we each had the small chocolate chip topping (not mixed it). If it wasn't for the horrible Groupon experience we MAY return and order the child size version.
