  • These guys are uncaring. My husband already has anxiety of dentists and they were told this repeatidly. He had to have a big procedure which we paid $1,200 for. After having to wait a month because they had no earlier appointments, leaving this man in pain we get to the day before the procedure. They call to tell him they arent putting him under but will freeze his mouth and give him relax meds. Meaning he would be awake as the pulled out all teeth at top of his mouth. Had we known, we never wouldve paid them and made appt with them. It didnt end there..after staying up with anxiety attacks all night, night before the procedure..they called us 2 hrs before to tell us the doctor is sick and my husband has to wait another week. They didnt even offer an apology..numbing medicine..or we will get you in tomorrow. I also had to take a day off to drive hom. They screwed up everything and didnt care about the patient whatsoever. I understand doctors get sick..but another week..nerves exposed and no care. Move on and dont make your appt here.
