  • put this on your list of special occasion places to visit.. build yourself up for a wonderful visit and you will turn your back on grocery store ice cream for the rest of your life. jeni's is that special! i would base my trips to columbus around getting to jeni's. i thought columbus was soooooo lucky until one recently opened in chagrin falls. the scenic location only adds to the charm. ask for samples, you will have an experience worth revisiting. try all of the one of kind flavors, life is short. buy a cookbook on the way out. jeni shares her recipes! be sure to read the chapter on the vanilla beans she chooses and you will never refer to this ice cream as expensive again. seasonal flavors that are worth the wait are sweetcorn and blackberry and southern buttermint. the macaroons are picture worthy and totally satisfying. flavors you can always count on being there are salted caramel and bankok peanut. can't wait to try the whitehouse cherry and the grapefruit!
