Day of appointment I get there 15 minutes early to fill out paper work as requested. Girls at the front have personalities of plastic mannequins and make me feel uncomfortable from the start. I take the paper work and the girl says to me that the doctor, really a PA, is running over an hour behind. I sit down and look at the run down office with shelves of vitamin supplements and get the feeling that this is an organized sales office for vitamins; NOT A REAL DOCTORS OFFICE. I take the papers up to the front and tell them that I cannot wait around for an hour and a half; that I need to get back to work. She takes my licence and insurance and makes a copy anyway, not sure why - hope they do not try to charge me. Then with out explanation she slides the two forms of ID in front of me and goes back to working on her computer. WEIRD!!!!!
