  • Went there to get a hair cut for myself and my son. Had a Fantastic Sams coupon pulled up on my smart phone with BeepnGo. These were Valpac coupons for both a child cut and an adult cut. Receptionist would not accept either coupon. She said we would have to bring in the paper coupon or have a bar code to scan. The app on my phone gave a numeric code. My son was already in the chair or I would have left, but I refused to get my hair cut unless they accepted the coupon. I asked to talk to the manager. "Not here on Sunday." Ask to get her on the phone. "She's out of town." Let me get this straight. Its a Fantastic Sams franchise. Fantastic Sams published a coupon and they would rather anger a customer than accept it just because I presented it with a smartphone app rather than bring in the paper coupon. My son is now finished with his cut and has blood dripping down the back of his ear where these idiots had cut his ear with the clippers. I paid full price for that. I will never again go to any Fantastic Sams location.
